After proudly working for the NHS for over 12years, I decided to make a career change & joined the family business in May 2021.

Knuckling down to learn the ropes in an admin role, whilst undertaking an NVQ 3 in Recruitment Consultancy, I quickly gained confidence, knowledge & understanding of the industry. This allowed me to support Tim, (my Dad) in a consultancy role with the aim of providing a more personalized approach to recruitment.
