After proudly working for the NHS for over 12years, I decided to make a career change and joined the family business in May 2021.

Knuckling down to learn the ropes in an admin role, whilst undertaking an NVQ 3 in Recruitment Consultancy, I quickly gained confidence, knowledge and understanding of the industry. This allowed me to support Tim (my Dad), in a consultancy role with the aim of providing a more personalised approach to recruitment.
