Description:
Present a comprehensive technical characterization of the product or product suite
under evaluation.
- Specify product names, version numbers, vendors, licensing models, and support status (e.g., Long-Term Support, mainstream).
- Provide an architecture diagram accompanied by a narrative describing major components, data flows, and integration points; delineate supported deployment models (single-tenant on-premise, multi-tenant cloud, hybrid).
- Describe security and confidentiality labelling functions, including creation, inheritance, validation, user presentation, and downstream consumption of labels.
- Demonstrate conformance with OOXML (ISO/IEC 29500) through document parsing, editing, validation, and round-tripping without fidelity loss.
- Detail built-in or optional connectors for SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), citing API versions, authentication mechanisms, and rate-limiting considerations.
- Explain enforcement of STANAG requirements at document and granular element level, including encryption, digital signature, and metadata handling.
- Summarize audit, logging, and monitoring capabilities pertinent to NATO accreditation.
Bidders shall include within their written technical proposal a concise section that demonstrates
- Detailed knowledge of applicable industry and NATO standards for labelling, binding, and marking;
- Expert understanding of NATO Confidentiality Label Syntax, including current profiles and emerging drafts;
- Expert proficiency with NATO Metadata Binding Mechanism specifications and profiles;
- Expert familiarity with the NATO Core Metadata Specification and its evolving standards.
The contractor shall participate in a kick-off meeting within two working
weeks after the signing of this contract.
- This will be a virtual meeting executed via electronic means using Conference Call capabilities.
- During the kick off meeting, the contractor will provide and discuss a plan for executing the tasks under this statement of work. Purchaser and Contractor will discuss the plan and amend where appropriate.

The duties of the Technical Lead and Project Manager for the company require a valid
