Introduction:
The NATO Information and Communication Agency (NCI Agency) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, is currently involved in the development of new capabilities for NATO as well as in the support of existing capabilities. In the light of these activities, the C2 Centre is looking for software testing service.
Scope of Work:
Under the direction of the NCI Agency project team, the software testing service will develop and update manual and automated test plans for Medical Management application and its modules.
The service will cover the following:
- Participate in requirements elicitation, analysis and design discussions,
- Develop/conduct manual test procedures,
- Design and review manual test cases and provide feedback on suitability for automation,
- Develop/conduct unit and automated testing of software components,
- Lead and conduct the testing in the factory acceptance and user acceptance testing events,
- Report automated and manual test results,
- Support the development of testing pipelines,
- Attend virtual meetings.
The service will be carried out accessing remotely the NCIA engineering facilities on Microsoft Azure.
Security:
The security classification of the work will be up to NATO UNCLASSIFED. A NATO security clearance is not required.
Constraints:
- All the documentation provided under this statement of work will be based on NCI Agency templates or agreed with project point of contact.
- All scripts, documentation and required code will be stored under configuration management and/or in the provided NCI Agency tools.
The contractor providing the service may be required to travel to other sites within NATO for completing these tasks. Travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the contractor and the expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.5 of the AAS+ Framework Contract and within the limits of the NCIA Travel Directive.
The service must be performed by ONE contractor.
Required Qualifications:
Delivery of the services under this SOW requires a contractor with the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in verifying functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., development and execution of test cases, test data, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with software testing of web applications using a structured testing methodology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, specifically with its testing features
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with building automated tests with Selenium and Cucumber
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing test events, e.g., Factory Acceptance tests, User Acceptance Tests, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills,
- Experience with Dev(Sec)Ops and Agile software development and testing.
- Proven ability to integrate and work in a multinational team
- The ability to conduct all work in English
- Experience in development and testing of software applications in the medical domain.
