Requirement: Delivery of JTS/FAST Training at Multiple Locations and Maintenance Updates to Associated Training Materials
Location: On-Site in Oeiras and other NATO and National Facilities; Course adaptation can be performed remotely.
Not to Exceed: 2026 BASE: 20,610 EUR
- Optional 2026: 53,250 EUR
- Optional 2027-2028 Price per iteration will be determined by applying the price adjustment formula as outlined in CO-115786-AAS+ Special Provisions article 6.5
Period of Performance: 2026: From 17th June until 31 December 2026 with possibility to exercise the following options:
- 2027 Option: 1st January 2027 until 31st December 2027
- 2028 Option: 1st January 2028 until 31st December 2028
Please do NOT apply for any NATO contract positions unless you meet ALL the following criteria:
- Current National or NATO SECRET clearance
- Nationality of one of the NATO member countries
- Current work visa for the specific location if applying for an in-country position
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
This work requires a JTS/FAST instructor with the following qualifications and experience:
- The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid and covering the period of the contract
- Fluent in English and must be able to read and write technical and user documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of JTS/FAST systems and with in-depth experience of JTS/FAST course delivery.
- Deep knowledge and experience of NATO's doctrine and standards relevant to Common Operations
- NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge and experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure
- One year experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids
- One year experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements.
- Knowledge and experience with NCI Agency
- Knowledge and experience with the NCI Academy
- NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services (NIRIS, AirC2IS MASE, etc.)
- Operational experience to perspective the user courses to real world scenario
