Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
Special Terms and Conditions: Due to the multinational aspect of NATO, part of the services in this SoW shall be delivered during national public holidays at the respective locations of performance.
Objective:
The main objectives of this statement of work can be summarized as follows:
- Successful delivery of NCOP training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and at Mobile Training Team events
- NCOP Technical System Administration installations and maintenance as required toward consolidation and execution of NCOP Increment 2 Base Line 2 and the MDO domain on the Academy Training Network.
- Course Delivery
- Train the Trainer course participation
- System Administration installation and maintenance on Academy Training Network
- All activities shall be performed in accordance with NATO and NCIA standards, policies, security directives and procedures.
- The Contractor shall not perform activities outside the defined scope without prior authorisation from the Purchaser.
- All artefacts shall be stored in approved tools.
The security classification of the service will be up to NATO SECRET. The contractor providing the services under this SOW is required to hold a valid NATO SECRET security clearance.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
These services require an NCOP instructor with the following qualifications and experience:
- The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the nationalsecurity organization valid at the time of submission of the bid and covering the periodof the contract
- Fluent in English and must be able to read and write technical and user documentation(see Section 12 below).
- Advanced knowledge of NCOP Increment 2 system (at least 3 years), including NCOP
course qualification up to COP MANAGER in the NCOP training path and with in-depth experience of NCOP course delivery plus NCOP System Administration - Deep knowledge and experience of NATO's doctrine and standards relevant toCommon Operations
- NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge and experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO ForceStructure
- Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials andinstructional aids
- Experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements.
- Knowledge and experience with NCI Agency
- Knowledge and experience with the NCI Academy
- NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services(MCCIS, Core GIS, INTEL FS, etc.)
Level 3 English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001: Listening (3); Speaking(2); Reading (3); and Writing (2) or according to Common European Framework of Referencefor Language level B2-C1/Upper Intermediate-Advanced level)
