is expanding across North America and looking for an experienced Account Manager
to join its U.S. team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage one of the company's key enterprise customers — driving growth, strengthening relationships, and ensuring customer success within a dynamic, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a strategic enterprise account, serving as the customer's primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — from executives to technical teams.
- Ensure revenue and growth targets are met through effective account planning and execution.
- Understand customer goals, pain points, and operations — and align technology solutions to their needs.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Technical, and Operations) to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by recognizing unmet needs and proposing new solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions and annual account planning.
- Travel as needed to maintain strong, personal customer relationships.
- 5+ years managing large enterprise accounts in SaaS or technology environments.
- Telecom or network technology experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and act as a strategic advisor.
- Strong business acumen with technical understanding of SaaS and network solutions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a track record of achieving results.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience managing large enterprise accounts in an inside sales or account management capacity, specifically delivering SaaS solutions
- Recent and relevant experience within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and serve as a strategic advisor
- Technology background, with a focus on SaaS and telecommunication network architecture is desirable
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to navigate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in leading commercial negotiations, including preparation and presentation of annual account plans
- Established leadership presence with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment
- Track record of setting clear goals, taking initiative, and consistently achieving strong results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels of an organization
The company is a fast-growing startup in the drone software field, very successful with great technology. This position will manage their most strategic account in the USA, a Telecom Tier 1 Service Provider.
