Duties and Role:
Part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for:
- Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection.
- Reactive Event Handling.
- Incident Coordination and Escalation.
- Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- ITIL,
- Understanding Incident and problem management,
- Event monitoring.
- CIS communications engineering expertise.
- Working with tools such as: Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius,
- Performance centre.
- Good communication skills
