This role will provide programme and project management expertise, military and analytical subject matter expertise to manage, deliver, coordinate, analyse, research, facilitate, and monitor delivery of data protection and identity management (DPIM) processes, policies, and services to all NATO users of the HR systems as part of the NCIA APP032 Service. This includes:
Education/Training.
Deliverables:
This role will provide programme and project management expertise, military and analytical subject matter expertise to manage, deliver, coordinate, analyse, research, facilitate, and monitor delivery of data protection and identity management (DPIM) processes, policies, and services to all NATO users of the HR systems as part of the NCIA APP032 Service. This includes:
- Business support of AMIS Identity Cards, including hardware, peripherals and stock management.
- Overall support to Identity Management solutions.
Education/Training.
- Higher Secondary education and intermediate training in human resources management, social sciences, computer science, business administration, or related field, public administration or related discipline for specific task related skills, with 10+ years' experience in NATO or International or a National military setting.
- Accredited by the GET Group as an approved repairer for the AMIS-specific Toppan CP500 printers and CL50H laminators.
- Accredited by the GET Group as an approved trainer of repairers for the AMIS-specific Toppan CP500 printers and CL50H laminators.
- At least 10 years' experience in the last 15 years in a national military, NATO HQ/International Organization, or similar civilian governmental organisation in a security/force protection or other related positions, whether as military or civilian with a minimum of one year in a management or supervisory role.
- At least 10 years' experience in the last 15 years working in a NATO, international, or national government organization with a mix of military and civilian members.
- At least 5 years' experience in the past 10 years with primary functions related to the operation and management of a largescale (5000+ person) enterprise-wide identity card management system.
- At least 3 years' experience in the past 10 years with creation of Data and Information Security strategy documents drawing upon input from a wide range of disciplines.
- At least 1 year experience in the past three years defining and/or applying appropriate data protection strategies for Personal Identification Information (PII).
- At least 1 year experience with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Experience as programme and project manager with at least one medium to major project in the last 10 years.
- Experience in the identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within a programme of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives.
- Experience in the maintenance of a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining and communicating a vision of the outcome of the programme and associated benefits. (The vision, and the means of achieving it, may change as the programme progresses).
- Experience in agreement of business requirements, and translation of requirements into operational plans.
- Experience in determination, monitoring, and review of programme scope, costs, and schedule, programme resources, inter-dependencies and programme risk.
- Work will be conducted in English, both oral and written. The Resources must possess a proficiency in English equivalent to or higher than the NATO Standardized Level Profile 3, 3, 3, 3 (i.e., Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills must be excellent) set in NATO STANAG 6001 (B2, B2, B2, B2 using CEF).
