Duties & Role:
- Provide automated reporting on utilization of resources with regards to Active Directory objects (I.e. users) and capacity management
- Perform 2nd Level Support for Incident Management with regards to Active Directory
- Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution
- Provides appropriate information to specialists, users, and managers
- Develops & maintains Standard Operating Procedures and / or Standard Operating Instructions for routine system administration tasks
- Liaise with the Agency's Centralized Service Desk for incident, problem and change management
- Implementation of Group Policy Object (GPO) policies.
- Represent CES PaaS in Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC) as 2nd Level Support as required
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 (Level 2 support) and Windows 10 client devices.
- Experience in automation via PowerShell.
- Experience with Active Directory user / group management and GPOs, federation.
- Knowledge of Virtualization and Platform services.
- Experience in reporting (E.g. PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting capabilities
- Experience with PowerBI creation of reports/dashboards
- Experience with Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Azure AD Connect.
