Duties & Role:
- Test IKM Tools releases through manual and automated testing of user behavior and backend functionalities across NATO networks.
- Create and document test cases and guidelines (minimum 20 tests monthly).
- Track tests and development tasks with the team.
- Create technical and user guidelines including How-To's and Test Plans.
- Act as Document Controller to ensure completeness, quality, and archival of CPS documentation.
- Identify software defects and provide solutions with recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles)
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Experience with application testing across multiple levels (system, integration, regression).
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with SharePoint environments and IKM tools (EDMS, PITT, NIP, TT+).
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience with bug tracking and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in documenting test results and creating user guidelines.
