Duties & Role:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access.
- Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
- Perform application lifecycle management
- Support Azure core services.
- Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures.
- Enforce least‑privilege access and zero‑trust principles.
- Support MFA, device‑based access, and security baselines.
- Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads.
- Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- 3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles.
- Strong hands‑on administration of Microsoft 365.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
- Knowledge of Azure core services.
- Cloud security best practices (identity, endpoint, logging, auditing).
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Delivery- and performance-driven
- Proven support of business‑critical systems with defined SLAs.
- Demonstrated incident handling
