Duties & Role:
  • Asset Accountability: Enables the administration and maintenance of NCI Agency CIS Assets Property Accounting Records for NCI Agency external customers within the CSU Area of Responsibility (AoR);
  • Supervision & Reporting: Acts under the responsibility of the CSU Sub-Property Accounting Officer (Sub-PAO) to support end-to-end CIS logistics services, including requisitions, storage, distribution and buffer stock management;
  • Inventory Management: Conducts Annual Inventory Inspections in accordance with Agency Directives, coordinating closely with Account Holders;
  • Compliance & Investigation: Ensures all CIS equipment discrepancies are fully investigated, documented and reported according to NCI Agency Directives;
  • Lifecycle Logistics: Facilitates the requisitioning, receipt, exchange, movement and disposal of CIS Assets;
  • Technical Coordination: Liaises closely with technicians and internal Section Heads to ensure the correct equipment is requested to satisfy specific user requirements;
  • Transactional Responsibility: Executes Asset Management transaction requests while strictly following CSSC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Procedural Expertise: Familiar with NATO applications and systems (EBA, CNAFS). Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organizations. Prior experience as a logistician;
  • Communication & Presentation: Proficient in speaking fluently, explaining complex concepts, articulating key arguments and projecting credibility to an audience;
  • Teamwork & Leadership: Skilled in working with people, building team spirit, recognizing contributions and communicating with empathy and proactive insight;
  • Personal Development: Demonstrates ambition and energy in achieving personal work goals and pursuing continuous self-development.
