Duties & Role:
- Primary point of contact for all Project Managers (PMs) Branch Heads / Project Coordinators and visits related to NIMSC-CSSC projects
- Coordinate project-related visits with the respective section/BAO, prior to the approval
- Receiving and processing of visits requests from PMs/Project coordinators/customers/other OEs/ contractors
- Preparing Base Access and Internal CSSC Requests for all type of visits
- Collecting all the information from the Contracting Agencies about new incoming staff/contractors in conjunction with NIMSC HSMO office
- Creating the AskCPO tickets for CPO to prepare the onboarding for new or visiting staff
- Confirm with CPO when the person is added in APMS.
- Creating AMIS badges applications for contractors / IWCs / NICs that will register to Brunssum location.
- Escorting people from the main gate (prerequisite is to have a driving licence and a car).
- Supporting NIMSC personnel with any administrative support, including booking rooms and meetings .
- Supporting Onboarding and off boarding of staff/contractors
- Coordinate with CSSC Security Office for all visits, prior to its approval.
- Apply and maintain specific security controls as required by organisational policy and as instructed by the Security Office, CSSC.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Very good computer skills and experience with MS Office Package (including SharePoint user).
- Valid driving licence.
- Good understanding of NATO environment, and the process of Access to NATO premises.
- Upholds ethics and values, demonstrates integrity.
- Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances.
