Duties & Role:
- Assist in implementation and administration of Cyber Security related policies, settings and tools;
- Provide support level 2/3 support for INF051 related services including: Secure Web Proxies, Web Application Firewalls, Email Gateways, Remote Access VPN, DNS and DHCP;
- Routinely serve as CISS representative in the ESOC;
- Provide assistance to other work centres within NISC as needed;
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Experience in implementing and maintaining an enterprise network.
- Experience with the management of DNS/DHCP solutions, Remote Access VPNs, Secure Gateways, Proxies, Firewalls, Load Balancers, WAF and Intrusion Detection System Technologies.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining Secure Access Services Edge.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining cloud based DDOS, and Web Application Firewall protection.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of cloud networking architecture, cloud operations, security, automation and orchestration.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Networking.
- Knowledge of IT Security frameworks and governance models.
- Extensive knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI).
- Experience implementing and managing cloud based Secure Access Service Edge.
- Experience implementing Secure Cloud configurations.
- Experience implementing NATO Security Directives.
- Prior experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization to include NATO Security Policy and supporting directives.
- Practical experience troubleshooting infrastructure related issues, perform regular maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills and solution-oriented attitude
