Duties & Role:
- Perform day-to-day administration and efficient execution of the CSSC OoS operations, with particular emphasis on Physical, Personnel, Industrial and overall Business security, as well as security of information, access control, visitor(s) management, CIS security, emergency planning and response;
- Maintain CSSC Personnel Security records on the Internal Personnel Management database;
- Responsible for managing and executing the Security Awareness programme for all CSSC personnel;
- Provide technical support in relation to CSSC security and Information Assurance (IA) related projects.
- Contribute, maintain and monitor local CSSC procedures in order to comply with NCIA and NATO CIS Security and IA Policies;
- Conduct and support security audits and inspections;
- Support the planning and management of COMSEC activities within the CSSC;
- Support the planning and execution activities related to the Cryptographic Support Services in CSSC;
- Support the development and management of the CSSC Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan;
- Assist CSSC Section Head OoS in H&S activities;
- Provide support to the Head BMSS in the delivery of Internal IT Support to the CSSC personnel;
- Deputize Section Head OoS when required;
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (such as Security, Telecommunications Security, Computer Sciences, Cyber Security, Forensics Security, Cryptographic Security, or information Assurance specialization) with 2 years post-related experience; or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience;
- Strong understanding of telecommunication, networking, and information technology solutions and products;
- Proven experience in monitoring the performance of CIS project;
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting risk assessments, identifying security vulnerabilities, and implementing corrective actions;
- Comprehensive understanding of military and governmental INFOSEC, COMPUSEC, and SECOPS security policies, standards, and procedures;
- Knowledge of Personnel and Physical Security processes and procedures;
- Knowledge and experience of handling Security related Office tools;
- Liaison and internal/external stakeholder management.
