Chief Aesthetics Expert

Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic design consultant, providing forward-looking insights for the Client’s
brand from an aesthetic perspective, guiding potential design innovation directions,
and enhancing the differentiated competitiveness of products and the brand. - Collaborate with the design team to establish Client’s aesthetic philosophy, leveraging
design to drive product competitiveness and brand image enhancement. Orchestrate
end-to-end aesthetic strategies to ensure unity, forward-thinking, and innovation
across the broader design system. - Deeply engage in key design projects, systematically applying the overall aesthetic
philosophy to practical initiatives. Provide design suggestions and improvement
directions through participation in critical design decision-making nodes to ensure a
closed loop from aesthetics to implementation. - Serve as Client’s chief aesthetic spokesperson externally, maintaining deep
partnerships with international design agencies, material suppliers, and technical
partners to introduce cutting-edge design concepts and resources. Represent the
company in international design awards (e.g., Red Dot, iF, IDEA) and industry
forums to enhance the brand’s design influence.
- Industry influence: 15+ years of design/aesthetics experience, leading the aesthetic
design of blockbuster products (e.g., design experience for mobile phones with multi-
10 million sales, high-end PCs, smart wearables, etc.). Hold internationally
renowned design awards (Red Dot Best of the Best, iF Gold Award, etc.) or have
benchmark industry cases (e.g., defining the design language for a product
category). - Global vision: Ability to understand business goals and user needs from a macro-
aesthetic perspective, deeply integrating design strategies with corporate strategies. - Keen insight: Track global design trends and consumer demand shifts, adjusting
design language in a timely manner to guide product design. - Technical proficiency: Understand aesthetics-related technologies and trends, with
expertise in material craftsmanship in specific fields (e.g., metal/glass/acetate fiber),
human-computer interaction design, and sustainable design trends. Have a profound
understanding of cutting-edge fields such as AI, AR/VR, and wearables, and can
foresee how technologies will impact product form.
