My client is a global market leader in sales and service performance improvement, working with some of the world's most recognisable enterprise brands. They combine cutting-edge AI sales technology, behavioural science and award-winning learning SaaS platforms to drive measurable commercial results at scale.

They are now hiring a Client Director (SaaS) to lead new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across large, complex, multi-year enterprise engagements.
 
The Role:
This is a senior, quota-carrying position where you will:
  • Win new enterprise SaaS clients and grow existing strategic accounts
  • Own and close high-value SaaS deals ($180k-$1.8M), frequently at C-suite level
  • Lead full SaaS sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, RFPs, negotiation and close
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities within key global accounts
  • Collaborate with internal consultants and delivery teams to maximise client impact
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce
What They're Looking For:
  • Proven consultative / solutions SaaS sales experience
  • Track record closing complex, enterprise-level SaaS deals
  • Confidence engaging senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Highly target-driven with strong commercial acumen
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience selling SaaS training, consultancy or professional services
