Overview:
Join the HR team of a highly regarded global financial services firm.
This hands-on Compensation Associate role offers meaningful exposure across Human Resources and the opportunity to learn best-in-class compensation practices.

 
What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day compensation operations and alignment with HR and business objectives.
  • Assist with the annual bonus and merit cycle, including data collection, templates, manager communications, and final validations.
  • Prepare and analyze market pricing using compensation surveys; summarize insights to inform pay recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on equity/stock administration tasks and related documentation.
  • Maintain compensation data across HR systems; monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
  • Build recurring and ad-hoc reports (spreadsheets, dashboards) for HR and business leaders; document methods and assumptions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance compensation programs, processes, and governance.
Qualifications:
What we're looking for
  • 3 years of compensation experience (financial services a plus).
  • Exceptional Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups; comfort working most of the day in spreadsheets).
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles and working with market data/surveys.
  • Strong analytical rigor; high attention to detail and organization.
  • Collaborative style; comfortable partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
