Salary:
€160,000 - €180,000 + 70/30 split between base and bonus
Candidates must be currently (or recently) working for a DevOps/SecOps/Open Source Software type of company.
Candidates must already live and work in LONDON or GERMANY (depending on which position it is) – with at least 2 years in their current company.

Proof of Concept & Presales Delivery:
- Lead technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients, showcasing how security solutions can be embedded seamlessly into DevOps workflows.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth integration and value realization of security features.
- Manage the full POC lifecycle from kickoff to successful completion.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in DevSecOps.
- Help clients embed security across their CI/CD pipeline and development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain documentation, security playbooks, and best-practice guides for internal and external use.
- Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly.
- Liaise with internal product and R&D teams to align technical feedback with roadmap direction.
- Work with customer success teams to support onboarding and adoption.
- Run enablement sessions and workshops for clients and partners on DevSecOps best practices.
- Build training materials, demo environments, and hands-on labs to support skill-building and client self-sufficiency.
- Stay current on security trends, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct market research and share insights to influence product direction and customer
messaging.
- Develop technical sales plays and repeatable processes to support global presales efforts.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and process improvements.
- Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders and champions at client organizations.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events.
Technical Experience:
- 5+ years in a security architecture, DevSecOps, or similar technical role.
- In-depth understanding of secure software development practices, compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Solid experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud services and hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + SaaS) environments.
- Familiarity with popular DevSecOps tools (e.g., Snyk, Sonatype, BlackDuck, etc.) is a strong advantage.
