UK: £75,000 - £80,000 Base + Commission (OTE circa £120k)
USA: $100,000 - $110,000 Base + Commission (OTE circa $150k)

Are you an accomplished Enterprise Account Director, Strategic Account Manager or
Customer Success professional with a proven track record of growing large
Enterprise SaaS accounts?
Our client is a globally recognised leader in AI-powered Sales Performance,
Revenue Enablement and Leadership Development solutions. For more than 25
years, they have helped many of the world's leading organisations improve sales
effectiveness, leadership capability and commercial performance through an
innovative combination of SaaS technology, consulting and learning solutions.
Following continued growth, they are looking to appoint an exceptional Enterprise
Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients,
driving renewals, expansion and long-term revenue growth.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the commercial success
of an established portfolio of enterprise customers.
Working closely with Consulting, Customer Success and Delivery teams, you will
develop executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, lead commercial
negotiations and ensure customers continue to realise measurable business value.
Success will be measured by customer retention, revenue growth, account
expansion and the strength of your executive relationships.
Essential Requirements

- You have a proven track record of managing and growing Enterprise SaaS
- accounts.
- You have owned revenue targets, customer renewals, retention and account
- expansion.
- You have experience selling, growing or supporting one or more of the following
- solution areas:
- Sales Enablement
- Revenue Enablement
- Leadership Development
- Sales Training
- Learning Technology (LMS)
- Performance Improvement
- Corporate Learning
- Sales Coaching
- Similar B2B SaaS solutions
- You have built trusted relationships with C-Level executives and senior decision
- makers within large enterprise organisations.
- You have worked successfully alongside Professional Services, Consulting,
- Customer Success or Delivery teams.
- You have a consistent record of exceeding commercial and revenue targets.
- Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable.
