Salary Details: $225k-$300k Base + Substantial Bonus
The Role
You will help build the core platform used to deliver AI capabilities across the organisation, including:
- Cloud environments used to access AI models
- Central APIs and backend services
- Modern web applications and internal tools
- Integrations between AI services, internal systems and data
You will have ownership across the full development lifecycle, from architecture and design through to deployment and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Background. You MUST have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering and this MUST be from a top 35 US University or a leading international one
- Experience. Roughly 3 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering, at a company known for a high engineering bar.
- Strong full-stack development experience, particularly backend
- Experience designing and running production APIs and backend services
- Strong experience with React or another modern frontend framework
- Python or Java backend experience highly desirable
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs and web applications
- Genuine interest in generative AI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Node.js, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GraphQL or CI/CD
