Our client has an opening for a General Manager for a large plant in Austin, Texas. Great job opportunity in a

The General Manager will lead plant operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety while meeting customer expectations.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing or supervisory experience
- Manufacturing background in plastic molding components or plastics preferred
- Ability to manage a large team of plant employees and direct reports
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
