What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Architect and scale high-performance distributed systems
- Build AI infrastructure platforms (on-prem + hybrid environments)
- Solve complex challenges around:
- orchestration
- compute management
- large-scale services
- Work hands-on with technologies like Kubernetes and modern infra tooling
- Lead from the front - own greenfield projects
- Mentor and elevate a small, high-calibre team
- Collaborate with elite engineers to ship systems that actually matter
You're not just a coder. You're a technical leader with serious engineering depth.
- 8+ years in software engineering
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a top 20 US university
- Currently (and for 2+yrs each time) at top tech firms or quant finance companies
- Strong background in distributed systems / infrastructure / platform engineering
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex systems at scale
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers
- You thrive in fast-moving, intellectually demanding environments
