They are now hiring an experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing function, drive demand, and elevate the company's brand worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full marketing strategy and lead a team of three
- Build brand awareness across global markets
- Run multi-channel demand generation campaigns (content, SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, social, webinars)
- Create insight-led content and thought leadership
- Develop lead nurturing programmes to increase MQL-SQL conversion
- Partner closely with Sales to improve pipeline, collateral, and RFP success
- Oversee digital channels, website optimisation, and analytics
- Manage budgets, agencies, and overall marketing performance
- 8+ years' B2B marketing experience, incl. leadership (SaaS essential)
- Strong in demand generation, digital marketing, and analytics
- Skilled storyteller with brand/content strategy experience
- Data-driven, commercial, proactive, and collaborative
- Comfortable marketing technical/complex products
- Experience in L and D, EdTech, or sales enablement is a bonus
