Requirement: Staff Assistance Service for Ground Logistics in Maintenance and Support Company

Not to Exceed Rate: 56 EUR
2028 Option: (Price will be determined by applying the price adjustment formula as outlined in CO-115786-AAS+ Special Provisions article 6.5.)
Period of Performance: Base Period - from 1st January 2027 until 31st of December 2027, min 1700 -max 2000 working hours.
Option 1 - from 1st January 2028 until 31st December 2028, max 2000 working hours
Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

- Current National or NATO SECRET clearance
- Nationality of one of the NATO member countries
- Current work visa for the specific location if applying for an in-country position
Scope of Work
- Responsible for the co-ordination and execution of logistics functions in accordance with ACE and Battalion Directives.
- Assists in providing all functions to care and assure the supply life cycle support for the company's equipment, including accountability, requisitions, storage, inventories, distribution, and provides the material necessary for the maintenance of vehicles, electronics devices, computers, etc.
- Be responsible for developing transport load lists, deployed equipment inventories and report of survey documents,
- Provides supply technical assistance and supply on the job training to other supply specialists.
- Be responsible for the loading security of equipment and containers, ensuring conformity with the host nation and international regulations.
- Assist Section Head in the management and supervision of the logistic support section.
- Act as NOSS operator.
- In the provision of the required services the contractor will be requested to drive the vehicle, more than 3.5 tones, with passengers, load for short distances.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Secondary education and basic training for specific tasks related skills, with 2 years' experience.
- Activities that involve logistics managements.
- Participates in the overall planning, organizing, and directing of programmers, services and support activities carried out through all logistics functions.
- Activities that provide the transportation capabilities necessary for the movement of unit, personnel, equipment and supplies in the peace and war.
- Must have Light Vehicle Driver license.
- A Full C and E (Heavy Goods with Towed Heavy Trailer) driver license;
- Must have completed NOSS (including ROSS, PAM and MCMS module) training;
- Must be a qualified Logistics specialist.
- Have extensive experience in supply management for communications logistical support of mobile land units
- Language: English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing shall be at a NATO level of English 3322 (STANAG 6001). The work both oral and written in the post and in the Headquarter as a whole is conducted mainly in English.
