Job Description:

Offering a full range of obstetrics and gynaecology services from the initial exam to childbirth and through menopause and beyond. Their goal is to offer patient-centred medical care based on mutual trust and communication.
Physician - Obstetrics/Gynaecology:
- Provides outpatient obstetrics and gynaecology services throughout assigned clinic locations.
- Provides inpatient obstetrics and gynaecology services, including infant delivery and related surgical procedures, at partner hospital.
- Maintains the required productivity expectations for time spent in clinic.
- Participates in administrative duties, including lab reports, charts, and medication refills reviewed and managed appropriately.
- Follows medical practice policies and procedures, including attending all mandatory meetings, minimizing incident reports, using resources efficiently, and practicing medicine in a cost-effective manner.
- Completes all required documentation accurately, timely, and thoroughly in accordance with department standards and to comply with electronic medical record requirements, including medication reconciliation, finalizing notes, clearing out personal pool, and participating in clinic pool.
- There is a laborist at the hospital supporting the OBGYNs, which cuts down on call time!
- Graduate from an accredited medical school.
- Experience of providing outpatient obstetrics and gynaecology services throughout assigned clinic locations.
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in direct delivery of primary care.
- Current BLS/CPR certificate.
- Current DEA certificate.
