- Deliver compelling Maia demonstrations tailored to the client's priorities, audience and intended use cases.
- Translate client needs into clear platform solutions that connect Maia's capabilities to measurable client value and commercial outcomes.
- Shape platform propositions, business cases, proposals and commercial recommendations that support opportunity progression and conversion.
- Lead platform-focused sales conversations, including value articulation, objection handling and responses to technical or commercial questions.
- Own platform opportunities through the full sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and close, including deal strategy, procurement and stakeholder alignment, working in partnership with Sales and SPC colleagues where appropriate.
- Identify and progress platform expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working with account owners and SPCs to connect adoption insight and client priorities to future investment.
- Develop platform adoption strategies as part of the sales process, ensuring clients have a credible path from purchase to implementation, usage and value realisation.
- Partner with Product to maintain deep knowledge of Maia's capabilities, roadmap and evolving proposition.
- Provide structured client and market feedback to Product and Marketing, including recurring requirements, objections, competitor insight and emerging use cases.
- Strengthen platform-selling capability across Sales and the SPC team through coaching, enablement, tools, messaging and practical opportunity support.
- Maintain strong Salesforce discipline, ensuring platform opportunities, forecasts, next steps and revenue commentary are accurate, current and action-oriented.
- Represent Imparta and Maia credibly in client meetings, pitches, demonstrations and relevant external forums.
