The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agents Developer to join a high-caliber engineering environment focused on designing and delivering advanced AI-powered systems. You will play a key role in building production-grade AI agents, evaluating emerging technologies, and developing scalable solutions that support mission-critical initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI agent solutions using Python
- Integrate AI technologies into sophisticated enterprise systems and workflows
- Research, evaluate, and benchmark external AI models, platforms, and services
- Work closely with business and technical teams to transform requirements into intelligent solutions
- Build and improve internal systems used to test and assess AI agent performance
- Support engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, and development best practices
- Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance across AI-driven applications
- Work with collaboration and development tools including Git, Confluence, and Slack
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a Top 10 US university is mandatory
Examples include MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, UC Berkeley, Caltech, Georgia Tech, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, etc. - Prior experience within top-tier technology organizations (Google, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft) or leading quantitative trading environments
- Minimum 5+ years of professional Python development experience
- Proven experience building AI agents using established frameworks and platforms
- Strong background working with AI/ML libraries and external technology integrations
- Demonstrated career progression with promotion history and an average tenure of approximately 2.5+ years per position
- Experience using collaboration and development platforms including Git, Confluence, and Slack
- Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship requirements
- Contract-based profiles cannot be considered
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working within highly dynamic, performance-focused environments
- Passion for developing large-scale, production-ready AI systems
