What You'll Do
- Design and develop robust AI agents using Python
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems
- Evaluate third party models and services, understanding their strengths and weaknesses
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand user needs and deliver effective agent solutions
- Maintain and improve a platform for evaluating AI agents
- Participate in code reviews and follow standard development practices using tools like Git and Confluence
- Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Mathematics from the likes of MIT, Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of California Berkeley, Caltech, Georgia Tech, Cornell University, Princeton University, Harvard University, Columbia University, New York University, etc
- You must have worked for Google, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft, or any other competitor quant finance company
- No contractors considered; and you must have an average tenure of 2.5+ yrs at each employer
- Your career progress must also show clear signs of promotion
- At least 5 years' experience of developing Python applications
- Solid commercial / opensource experience developing AI agents using well known frameworks or services
- Strong knowledge of common AI or ML libraries, and integration with third party services
- Experience with enterprise tools including Git, Confluence, and Slack
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
