2025 BASE: As soon as possible but not later than 04 August 2025 – 31st December 2025 with possibility to exercise the following options:
- 2026 Option: 1st January 2026 until 31st December 2026
- 2027 Option: 1st January 2027 until 31st December 2027
- 2028 Option: 1st January 2028 until 31st December 2028
Requirements:
CONTRACTOR’S PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Contractor’s assigned personal shall have the following specific qualifications and experience:
- Essential Qualifications
- At least 7 years of working experience in accounting and financial reporting, in a position of a similar magnitude
- In-depth experience with operation of ERP used in private or public sectors (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Desirable experience in Oracle Financial for its operations and reporting (GL, Fixed Asset, AP, AR, Modules)
- Desirable professional experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements iaw IPSAS or IFRS
- Desirable experience working within a NATO body or equivalent structure
- Education/Training
- Have a university degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
- Security Clearance
- Contractor’s personnel holding a valid and active NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory since the work will take place in a NATO secured area.
- Language
- Contractor’s personnel shall have the following minimum knowledge of languages: English SLP 3232 (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Personal Attributes
- The incumbent will need to display a high degree of professionalism and technical expertise in performance of his/her duties. He/she must exercise excellent judgment, while acting with persuasion and diplomacy, in order to achieve results, which safeguard NATO’s financial interests and image. He/she shall need to be aware of the legal and economic aspects of every potential transaction. In his/her work, the incumbent must demonstrate a high energy level, personal integrity, and a sense of loyalty to the Organization. He/she must have strong ethics and sound business judgment for working in F&A Office.
