Period of Performance: Base Period: 1st September 2026 (target start date) to 31st December 2026
Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

Requirements
Contractor's Resource Prerequisites:
- The Contractor shall provide their proposed resources' CVs tailored to address the below essential and desirable qualifications including any formal certification training information relevant to these qualifications.
- Education/Training and Experience - Resource A - LAWFAS paralegal & administrative support services:
- Competency in records and knowledge management and document library curation demonstrated through relevant experience or training.
- One year of experience in the last three (3) years in supporting a common document repository and collaborative tool and platform comparable to LAWFAS as described above; and
- Practical experience in the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of a document repository, knowledge management system, or records management system integrating new policies, processes, technology and organization;
- Experience working in or with NATO;
- Professional knowledge of French language (STANAG 6001); and
- Experience or training in databases.
Essential (minimum requirement):
- Knowledge of Information Computer Technology (ICT), with five years' ICT experience in a comparable professional setting;
- Practical experience in the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of a common document repository and collaborative tool and platform integrating new policies, processes, technology and organization;
- One year experience in the last three (3) years in managing a platform comparable to LAWFAS as described above;
- Experience in functional support in the form of investigating and resolving problems, documenting solutions and implementing continual improvement processes.
- Experience working in or with NATO;
- Experience assisting users to use a platform comparable to LAWFAS as described above.
- Experience demonstrating the ability to perform assigned tasks without immediate direct supervision;
- Language. Work will be conducted in English, both oral and written. The Resources must possess a high level of English equivalent to or higher than the NATO Standardised Level Profile 3, 3, 3, 3 (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) set in NATO STANAG 6001 (B2, B2, B2, B2 using CEF).
- Capable of working harmoniously and tactfully in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment;
- Capable of working effectively, providing structured and organised skills;
- Good communications skills;
- Capable of working independently;
- Capable of effectively liaising with military and civilian senior management personnel.
- Professional knowledge of French language (STANAG 6001).
